Position Overview:
As the Communications Manager, you will work closely with leadership teams to develop and implement communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will be responsible for crafting internal and external communications, maintaining our brand voice, and enhancing employee engagement at our Bluefield facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with Amazon's business objectives.

- Utilize analytics tools to measure the impact of communications initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in communications roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic communication plans.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of media relations and experience working with journalists and media outlets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in crisis communication management is a plus.
- Knowledge of communication metrics and analytics tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
